Why did my payment fail?
sIf you pay by credit card, your payment could be denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. This is a security measure that we take seriously to protect our customers. However, if this happens to you, there are several solutions available:
1. Choose an Alternative Payment Method
If your credit card payment is denied, you can still complete your order by selecting PayPal at checkout. Once you click the complete order button, you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and debit/credit card payment. If you choose to pay with a debit/credit card, you don't have to register for PayPal and can complete your order using this method.
2. Pay via PayPal or Klarna
If you have a PayPal or Klarna account, we recommend that you use this payment method to complete your order.
3. Try a Different Credit/Debit Card
If your payment is denied, you can try using a different credit or debit card to complete your purchase.
4. Contact Your Credit/Debit Card Customer Service
If none of the above solutions work for you, you can call the customer service number on your credit/debit card and let them know that you are authorizing the payment. Once they put an authorization through, you can try to process your payment again on our website and the order will be accepted.
