1.Shipping Area (free shipping)
We currently only ship to locations within the United States and it is free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS.
In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by VARLA are estimates.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.
