How long will it take for me to receive my scooter?

To give you a more detailed answer, in-stock orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after processing, unless otherwise specified on the product page. However, please note that in rare cases, we may encounter some delays in shipping your order, which we will notify you of immediately.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes the tracking number of your package. Please be aware that it may take 3-7 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx, the carrier we use for our deliveries. In the event that your order is shipped using a third-party shipping company, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation.

Please note that the delivery dates provided by VARLA are estimated dates, and we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives on time. For pre-orders or backorders, we kindly ask you to refer to the shipping date on the product page.
