2. Does Varla ship internationally?

At this moment, we currently only ship to locations within the United States and it is free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS.

If you want to ship to the European Union and the United Kingdom, please refer to Varla EU site.

3. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)

For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by VARLA are estimates.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Any changes that the customer makes regarding shipping after the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences surrenders the option for replacement items and/or refunds if any issues occur.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, our system will send an email to you once the package has tracking number. And you can track your order here.

5. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE 12-MONTH / 2-YEAR LIMITED FACTORY WARRANTY?

All VARLA Scooter are covered under this all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.

6. Are Varla Electric Scooters Legal?

In most areas of USA, electric scooters have the same laws as electric bikes. The general conclusion is that electric scooters are like bicycles — no extra regulations are needed. In most places you can ride your electric scooter on pathways, trails, and streets that have bike lanes. You won’t need a license, registration or insurance, but sidewalks are off-limits.

7. What are the available modes of payment?

a. If you have a PayPal account, please try to pay by PayPal.

b. Please switch to your other credit/debit cards.

c. If you do not have a PayPal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).

10. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
