Ron It's been almost one year since my Eagle One Pro was ran over by a forklift at my job. I'm glad I was able to fix it by replacing some of the parts. Customer service send me a 2 parts instructional video that was really helpful and made it very easy to replace and install the new one. At the moment I'm dealing with a charger issue, but I'm sure they will handle it for me as they have so far. Great service!!!
