An amazing scooter with great customer service! This is now my second Varla scooter and I continue to be impressed with the quality and service this company provides.

powerful scooter

First off, customer service immediately responds to any questions which is great. i am 6’4, 230 pounds, athletic build. The protective pads are a bit snug and tight and most likely will not use them. However, the scooter is incredible. Built like a machine; no issues going uphill. I travel between my resort and town a few times a week. Each trip is about 15 minutes each way . Battery decreases by 18% each tound trip and I then only need to recharge 1x a week. There is a rattling sound from the handlebar stem. Not a big deal. As the stem is very sturdy. not losing any sleep over it. The only challenge I have, is that the scooter is definitely 90 pounds. Even for someone like me, it does take a little bit of effort, carrying it up my stairs to my office. if your office or room is on ground level, it is a non-issue. As for security, I love the fact of the NFC card. I still have not decided if I’m going to buy an additional lock or not. Because if someone does try to steal the scooter, they can’t do anything with it without the card. Not to mention it is a bit heavy. I researched scooters that would hold somebody my size, especially since I live in the mountains, it was important that the scooter would be able to travel uphill. I keep it in the second mode, which is medium speed for most of my trips, I only put it into the highest mode, when I know I’m returning back to the resort and going uphill. Again, the scooter is a machine, it is fantastic. I researched the scooter versus the Apollo scooters, as these two companies seem to hold somebody my size. I am very happy that I went with Varla pro. Great bang for the buck!!
